• Cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival date will result in a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival date will result in forfeit of first night's lodging..
• A two night minimum may apply to some peak periods.
• Rates for 2 bedroom suites are priced for 4 people.
• All other room rates are based on 2 people; add $20.00 for each additional person.
• Rates are subject to change depending on occupancy levels.
•On family suites only, a 5-day cancellation policy will be required.

Deposit: First night in advance, applied to date of departure. All reservations must be guaranteed. Reservations confirmed upon receipt of deposit. If using a credit card, your card will be charged the same day the reservations are made. We honor: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Personal Checks are accepted for deposit only on reservations made 4 weeks in advance. Your reservation is automatically cancelled if we do not receive your deposit one week prior to your arrival date.
No Refunds
For all cancellations, a $20.00 processing fee will be deducted from all deposits of charged credit cards and personal checks.
